Subscriptions are managed through Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, tap Mimic, and tap Cancel Subscription. Or go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Mimic charge, and request a refund. If Apple needs us to confirm anything, email us and we'll respond.
Email hello@mimicparenting.com from the address tied to the account, and we'll help you regain access.
Inside the app, go to Identity → Settings → Delete account. Deletion removes your practice content within 30 days. If you can't access the app, email privacy@mimicparenting.com from your account email and we'll process the deletion manually.
